Create Seamless Wood Patterns for Printing

 In the article I am sharing the consistency process to make wooden texture in Photoshop. Also I will show how to make the pattern print ready quality files and easy tricks. 

If you have natural wooden texture file, simply open in your design software Photoshop, then resize the canvas size such as example your project size 1.5 meter width and height 20 meters those time how can you make the wooden pattern through Photoshop!


You have to make sure first of all, your file quality is in good condition or good printing quality like open canvas size and checked professional mode, then width canvas size put value 1.5 meter and height automatically comes. Now check the file regulation through shortcut ( Z ), then click the mouse right bar inside the artboard you will see there are print sizes for checking print quality.


After checking design pattern quality go to the windows option and check the mark in layer option. You can see layer option in screen right down side, then make sure that the design layers is unlock or not flatten mode, select the layer and hold the ALT option in keyboard and also click mouse left side make a copy the pattern inside artboard.


After finishing a new copy then keep the design down to the first layer, make a color default mode simply press D from the keyboard. Now make a layer mask and click on white mask in the layer option, then foreground color keep black and take a brush tool, resize the brush tool and soft ground brush to remove the design, opacity value keep 100 percent and flow 25 to 65 percent as task requirements.

Second layer top side remove through brush tool, when you feel pattern first layer and second layer matched, not visible error between two layers then second layers convert into smart object layer mode, after all select second layers drug and drop down, make a consistent pattern how long you need.
